Position Overview

Job Title: Cyber Security Operations Center Lead (Hybrid)

Strativ Group, a prominent player in the energy infrastructure sector, is seeking a dedicated Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) Lead. This organization is committed to ensuring a secure and dependable gas supply for a diverse customer base across multiple regions.

Role Objectives:

  • Guide and support a team of CSOC Analysts in their daily operations.
  • Actively participate in the design and execution of the CSOC framework.
  • Analyze and address P4 and P3 cyber security incidents and alerts from a variety of sources, including network, endpoint, cloud, and threat intelligence.
  • Assess and prioritize cyber security incidents effectively.
  • Review, validate, and escalate high-risk or complex incident reports to senior management as necessary.
  • Develop and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Playbooks for incident response.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Cyber Security Operations Center environment.
  • Proven track record in Cyber Incident Response.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the cyber threat landscape and various attack vectors.
  • Familiarity with Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) and Operational Technology (OT), including SCADA, ICS, and PLC systems.
  • Expertise in relevant cybersecurity tools and technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance standards.
  • Extensive experience in monitoring security threats in both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Experience in overseeing security threats in OT and Industrial Control Systems.
  • Background in threat intelligence and collaborative information sharing.
  • Proven leadership experience in a team setting.
