Our client, a leading financial institution in the UK, is seeking a Cyber Security Awareness Consultant to enhance cyber security awareness and provide training to both technical and non-technical personnel regarding the significance of cyber security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and disseminate PCRM policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring that security principles are recognized and implemented throughout the organization.
  • Oversee the application and adherence to guidelines and standards by offering expert advice and intervention programs aimed at identifying and communicating security risks.
  • Develop and promote a variety of innovative ideas to deliver engaging and impactful events and training programs.
  • Identify opportunities for PCRM to seamlessly integrate into organizational processes.
  • Act as the primary driver for all safety culture initiatives within the People and Relationships sector.
  • Serve as a role model within the safety team to foster cultural transformation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in fostering a safety culture within a financial organization.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with senior management and executives.
  • Experience in planning and supporting PCRM capacity.
  • Involvement in developing a PCRM strategy that encompasses the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with technical tools and methodologies related to cultural delivery across the organization, including coaching for board members and non-executive directors.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing cultural change within organizations.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with relevant IT and change operations teams to understand their needs and deliver within their frameworks.
  • Experience in defining metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of safety culture initiatives.
  • Skills to assess and address cultural barriers that may hinder the success of a safety culture.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile methodologies.
