Position: Customer Engagement Manager

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate a welcoming environment for clients and guarantee a seamless onboarding process
  • Assist clients in optimizing their use of our offerings
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients based on their specific needs and goals
  • Proactively recognize and resolve potential challenges faced by clients
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and issues
  • Identify and explore growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients
  • Develop trusted advisor status with key stakeholders
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to assess their satisfaction
  • Support with escalated requests or issues as necessary

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proven capability to devise solutions and positively influence challenging situations
