Position Overview

Our client, a prominent UK facilities management organization, is seeking a skilled Commercial Solicitor to enhance their vibrant in-house legal team. This role promises a diverse array of engaging and complex legal challenges.

Location: Manchester with a hybrid working model, encouraging employees to work in the office three days a week.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Exhibit proficiency in drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Provide comprehensive commercial legal advice across multiple departments, including corporate, employment, data privacy, and dispute resolution.
  • Possess experience from a reputable law firm or an in-house legal setting.
  • Demonstrate a commercial mindset in their approach to legal issues.
  • Have between 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), although strong newly qualified solicitors will also be considered.

While the client prefers candidates with 2 to 4 years PQE, they are open to applications from those outside this range who possess relevant experience and skills.
