Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Advisor to join our team. As a Patient Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our patients receive a 5-star service, from initial consultation to post-treatment care.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Perform diagnostic eye scans, with full training provided
- Confidently relay patient information to optometrists, ensuring a smooth patient journey
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Arrange affordable finance options for patients
- Schedule patient consultations and surgeries with optometrists and surgeons
Requirements
- Driven and passionate individual with a willingness to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, able to work with and without supervision
- Strong organisational skills
- Commercially aware, with a focus on delivering world-class customer service
