Job Title: Digital Performance Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Marketing Director to join our team at James Chase. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and display advertising
  • Manage and optimize campaign performance using data analysis and market research
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on paid media best practices and campaign execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological developments to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in paid media, preferably in an agency environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience managing multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in Meta media buying or planning
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience in devising and implementing scalable marketing funnels
