Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide high-quality, eco-friendly products while contributing to sustainability efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing Warehouse Operations: Manage current warehouse activities, address discrepancies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of Forklift Truck (FLT) operators, ensuring effective communication between sales, production, and warehouse teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track attendance and performance metrics, identifying training needs through regular evaluations.
  • KPI Management: Oversee key performance indicators related to delivery, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Stock Control: Maintain up-to-date stock control systems, ensuring inventory accuracy and enhancing stock management quality.
  • Resource Optimization: Utilize space and equipment effectively to meet quality, budgetary, and environmental objectives.
  • Process Implementation: Drive the implementation of new processes to enhance performance.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess a sound understanding of stock management and efficient goods storage and distribution. A Counterbalance FLT license is desirable.

Working Hours

This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule during daytime hours.
