Job Overview

The position involves providing specialized regulatory knowledge to assist clients in achieving comprehensive regulatory traceability and compliance assurance through our innovative regulatory mapping platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct expert evaluations of the outputs generated by our clients' automated regulatory mapping platform.
  • Participate in the continuous design, development, and enhancement of the regulatory mapping tool.
  • Advise the Business Development and Relationship Management teams on the identification and prioritization of regulations for integration into the platform.
  • Collaborate with the Insights and Analytics team to analyze the outcomes of the regulatory mapping process, which may impact the clients' Index.
  • Support clients in reviewing the results produced by the regulatory mapping tool.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries related to regulatory mapping.
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall regulatory knowledge within the organization.
  • Engage in client meetings to present regulatory mapping findings and address specific requests as necessary.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to the Data Technical Standards for regulatory mapping and core risk and control content.
  • Oversee, assess, and improve the quality and accuracy of regulatory mappings.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a regulatory capacity, particularly in translating regulations into actionable requirements.
  • Demonstrated understanding of risk and control frameworks and their interaction with Non-Financial Risk Management processes, including Risk and Control Self-Assessment and incident management.
  • In-depth knowledge of key regulations affecting financial services organizations across various jurisdictions.
  • Experience with internal and external audits, as well as familiarity with regulatory scrutiny concerning governance and controls.
  • Interest in and awareness of Artificial Intelligence applications in regulation, risks, and controls.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic fintech environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and proven capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
