Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Asset Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service, ensuring efficient execution of advice and services, and contributing to business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and ensure the customer experience is a priority.
  • Ensure compliance with the group's internal procedures and risk management framework.
  • Monitor and manage chargeable hours, utilisation, recoveries, WIP, billing, and lock-up for your team.
  • Hold regular financial performance reviews with your direct reports.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of direct reports and conduct annual development reviews.
  • Act as a mentor and help develop talent in line with the TBS talent programme.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in business development and a proven track record of winning new clients.
  • High competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating valuation models and reports.
  • Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and mentor direct reports.
