About the Role

We are seeking passionate Early Years Educators to join our team at Farley Steeple Langford Outdoor Nursery School. This 'Outstanding' Ofsted-rated nursery offers a unique outdoor learning environment where children can thrive and explore.

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and nurturing atmosphere for young learners. You will work collaboratively with the team to plan and deliver engaging activities that support each child's individual needs and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement high-quality teaching practices aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all children.
  • Foster a love of learning through play-based activities and exploration.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the nursery curriculum.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working with children under the age of 5.
  • A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and its principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
