Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Farley Steeple Langford Outdoor Nursery School.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs under the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment.
  • Collaborate with the educator team to create an inspiring and effective working environment.

About You:

  • Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in early years education.
  • Have a minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under the age of 5.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Embody the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £23,920 to £27,622.40 FTE, dependent on experience and qualifications (pro-rata for part-time hours).
