As a Sales Manager at Project People, you will play a crucial role in developing sustainable and profitable long-term contracts with enterprise and public sector customers for our 5G Private Networks business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers and establish relationships with strategic customers and partners to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Pre-sales, Project Management, Global Engineering, and Operations, to deliver compelling solutions and commercial models.
  • Manage opportunities and pipeline effectively through Salesforce, ensuring timely resolution of customer business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • ~5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a hunter approach.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage relationships without direct management authority.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
