Job Summary

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Services Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising manual operatives employed on our environmental cleansing contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy resources to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our Works Services Unit, maintaining high standards of customer care.
  • Manage and coordinate waste management contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar waste management environment, with a strong understanding of contract management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to ensure a safe working environment.
