Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our expanding team at Bennett & Game Recruitment. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, creating high-quality technical drawing packages, and working closely with clients to deliver projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review architectural drawings and technical drawing packages
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects to a high standard
  • Lead a small project team and mentor junior members of the team
  • Run projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Use Revit on a daily basis to create and manage architectural drawings and models

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and modern construction practices
  • Experience running projects and leading small project teams
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic and strong communication skills
  • Professional experience with Revit is essential
