About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Elekta AB. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering technical training to our customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our products effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for our customers, including hands-on training and assessment.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain training materials, including course documentation and assessment specifications.
  3. Provide expert technical knowledge transfer to customers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our products and their applications.
  4. Conduct regular training sessions, monitoring student progress and providing feedback to improve their skills.
  5. Participate in the development of new training programs and materials, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  6. Work closely with our product development teams to ensure training programs align with product updates and releases.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their training needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical training, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of radiation therapy and medical devices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality training programs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
