About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team at People's Partnership. As a key member of our Customer Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored responses to meet the needs of our customers, throughout the life of their relationship with us.
  • Manage a broad range of customer queries and requests across a range of products and processes, ensuring you provide professional, helpful and empathetic service through effective customer communication.
  • Use your active listening skills to understand and support customers so that their needs are understood - and service standards are maintained.
  • Work with a first contact resolution focus when handling any complaints by working to resolve these within your control or escalating through our resolutions & complaints processes.
