Your Role:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process, placing operational staff
  • Develop and nurture client/business relationships in a competitive industry
  • Research competitors and the market
  • SOURCE and identify suitable candidates through various channels and maintain a candidate database
  • Oversee the process from interview to offer and beyond
  • Brief candidates, negotiate pay rates, and finalize arrangements between client and candidate
  • Coach and support candidates and clients throughout the hiring process, offering CV, interview, and career advice
  • Work toward and exceed targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of 360 recruitment experience
  • Proven track record in client expansion, placements, and billings
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit
  • Strong work ethic with a natural aptitude for sales
  • Passionate about your work and dedicated to working hard
