About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Macmillan Davies. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a positive impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on various employment-related matters.
  • Support with HR administration, including contract management, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Manage a caseload of employee relations cases, including disciplinary investigations, grievances, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in our HRIS system, ensuring compliance and providing insights for business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Communicate important updates and changes to employees, working closely with the wider HR team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR advisory roles, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
  • Qualification in HR, such as CIPD Level 3 or 5, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust with employees and managers.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to help others and resolve issues.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary up to £36,000 per annum.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an option to buy/sell additional days.
