**Job Title:** Procurement Director - Category Management
**Job Summary:** Bramwith Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Director - Category Management to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of category strategies for key spend areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement category strategies for key spend areas aligned with the Business Units and Group Service functions
- Develop senior stakeholder relationships, expanding procurement's involvement and control of non-traditional spend areas
- Use your deep knowledge of sourcing and/or category management processes to drive transformational change and improvement
- Present key insight/updates to the key stakeholders covering data analysis & market insight in order to ensure effective planning and decision making
- Significant MRO and/or CAPEX category management
- Specialist knowledge & experience in the defined categories of energy, utilities, chemicals, waste management and packaging recycling is desirable
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in procurement and category management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
