Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in the Greater Manchester area.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care and treatment to patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and effective care to patients with complex mental illness
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop care plans to meet individual needs
  • Manage medication and oversee the work of junior staff
  • Maintain patient safety and ensure good quality of patient documentation
  • Work within the NMC Code of Conduct and practice guidelines

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to show empathy and warmth
  • Experience in writing care plans and conducting observations
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently
  • Positive attitude and can-do approach
