Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Skills Development Coach to join our team at Training 2000.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to our learners, focusing on skills development in machining and related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our learners and industry partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of machining and related skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
