Job Title: Quality Systems Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Manager to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions. As a Quality Systems Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Quality Management System (QMS) and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and training programs.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality management systems, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GMP and GCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
