Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Manager to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions. As a leading recruitment agency, we specialize in placing top talent in the pharmaceutical industry.

About the Role:

  • Ensure the seamless operation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administer and manage the eQMS, document management, and learning management systems.
  • Oversight and coordination to ensure the quality and timely management of change controls, deviations, CAPAs, self-inspections, complaints, product quality reviews, training, and the quality risk register.
  • Author and implement QMS procedures, and plan and conduct internal audits and self-inspections.

Requirements:

  • Proven industry experience in the operation of quality systems in a pharmaceutical quality-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GCP, and QMS principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
