Job Summary

The Student Nurse Associate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based health and social care that focuses on the holistic needs of service users. They will carry out specific clinical tasks and responsibilities as delegated by registered practitioners.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care that is person-centred, safe, and compassionate.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, carers, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Participate in the education and training of colleagues and students.
Requirements
  • English and Mathematics at GCSE grade C/4 or Functional Skills at level 2.
  • Evidence of recent study to level 3. Applicants with previous study at level 4 or higher will be considered on an individual basis.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
