Roles We Are Hiring For- BAR STAFF
- BOX OFFICE ASSISTANTS
- ICE RINK ASSISTANTS
- ICE MARSHALS
- MAGICAL ICE KINGDOM HOSTS
- CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANTS
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work at least 35 hours per week, including some availability over weekends, and be over the age of 18 and eligible to work in the UK. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a real desire to make Winter Wonderland the very best it can be.
For the Ice Marshal role, you will need to be a competent skater to assist guests with their safety and enjoyment, and you will also need to own your own ice skates.
