As a SEND Lead Practitioner, you will be responsible for implementing work programs, managing medicines, and developing care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing agreed work programs with students with emotional health needs
- Providing support to students with medical and physical needs, including managing medicines and developing care plans
- Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff to ensure effective support for students
