Lead Python Software Engineer

We are looking for an innovative Lead Python Software Engineer with extensive experience in crafting resilient backend systems and scalable applications. Job Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant focus on Python.
  • Thorough understanding of web technologies and architectures, with the capability to design and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Experience in developing and deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of operating in dynamic environments to deliver innovative solutions that push technological boundaries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to tackle complex challenges and deliver practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in agile development teams.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, asynchronous communication, and CI/CD pipelines, showcasing proficiency in modern deployment and containerization technologies.
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby) is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of scalable backend systems, APIs, and services, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
  • Expertise in Python and its frameworks (such as Django, Flask, FastAPI), with a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
  • Design and implement data storage solutions, comprehending the intricacies of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
  • Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and integration of third-party services.
  • Promote and implement best practices in code quality, testing, and maintenance to ensure high standards are met and maintained.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, and other engineers to create cohesive and innovative solutions.
