Be Part of Our Ground Engineering Discipline

We are seeking an Associate to join our Ground Engineering team, working on various infrastructure projects in the Geotechnical space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for checking and assessing the design work of your team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of projects to time and budget, ensuring a high standard of technical quality and compliance with our internal management systems.
  • Develop and mentor less experienced engineers and technicians within your project teams.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through your project work, identifying and realising potential business opportunities.
  • Assist with the preparation of bids and tenders, and support the Directors in pursuing business development opportunities.
  • Produce engineering design, assessment, or checking work, including preparation or checking of calculations, written reports, drawings, models, and other contract deliverables.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Chartered Civil engineer with experience working in the Geotechnical space of projects.
  • The ability to lead project teams and oversee the delivery of projects, either as client's or contractor's designer, ideally both.
  • Accomplished team leader skills with the ability to support, mentor, and develop less experienced engineers.
  • The interpersonal skills and aptitude to work collaboratively in a diverse multi-disciplinary team.
  • A technically capable engineer, able to demonstrate a deep understanding and enthusiasm for geotechnical engineering.
