Main Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing sourcing, procurement, implementation, and post-contract management, working closely with business stakeholders to develop and execute procurement strategies that maximize value, minimize risk, and ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Manage contracts to maintain strong relationships and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee supplier performance and claims processes.

Requirements
  1. Graduate level supported by professional qualifications.
  2. Post-qualification experience in construction or professional services with a strong focus on commercial and contractual aspects.
  3. Experience in procurement and contract management, particularly in NEC-based contracting environments with various reimbursement models.
  4. Proficient in contract change management, including assessment and administration.
  5. Proven history of delivering projects that meet business affordability targets.
  6. Experience working within integrated project teams, including collaboration with supplier partners.
  7. Skilled in managing teams across multiple locations, including coaching and motivating staff for high performance.
  8. Commitment to continuous professional development.
