About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team on a temporary, supply basis. As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the learning experience of pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the classroom teacher with day-to-day activities and lesson preparation
  • Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt learning activities as required
  • Develop strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and other school staff
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings
