As a highly respected Private Client Partner, you will be responsible for leading our successful Private Client team in Glasgow. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a thriving national law firm and contribute to the growth and development of our Private Client department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise a team of solicitors and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients.
* Play an active role in business development, identifying new opportunities and implementing strategies to drive growth and expansion.
* Innovate and improve working practices to enhance efficiency and adopt new technology as appropriate.
* Deliver quality legal advice to clients across the spectrum of private client work, including wills, powers of attorney, executries, trusts, estate planning, and cost of care advice.

Candidate Requirements:

* Scottish Qualified Lawyer with circa 10+ PQE and a strong background in Private Client Law.
* Partner level, with experience of managing a team and a proven track record of success.
* STEP qualified, with a strong understanding of complex cases and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
