Job Title: Cleaner

Apleona HSG Facility Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our client's premises to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General cleaning of the client's environment using a range of tools and materials to a level in accordance with BICS standards.
  • Ensuring all areas are clean and tidy, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning objectives.
  • Providing excellent customer care skills and responding to client queries and concerns.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer care skills and ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • BICSc qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with cleaning industry colour coding and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays.
  • Ability to work alone when required and as part of a team.
  • Maths and English skills, speaking English to a good standard.
