Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at LRA Search. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our property office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including onboarding new clients, managing paperwork, and arranging photos.
  • Support our agents in their day-to-day activities, including dealing with AML checks and other administrative tasks.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
