Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring high-quality care for residents and a supportive work environment for staff.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines specific to nursing home management.
  • Financial Management: Manage the budget and financial performance of the facility, ensuring optimal resource allocation for resident care.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise nursing and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to provide comprehensive care for residents in a nursing home setting.

Requirements
