Nursing Home Clinical Lead

Job Summary:
Orchid Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at our modern nursing home in Harrow. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting the Care Manager in planning and implementing the highest quality of nursing care to the home's frail elderly residents, some of whom may suffer with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Care Manager in planning and implementing nursing care to the home's residents
• Manage and motivate a team of nurses and carers
• Ensure the smooth running of the nursing home
Requirements:
• Qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) and registered with the NMC
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead post desirable but not essential
• Minimum 4 years hands-on nursing experience
• Passion for elderly care
