About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced EHSQ Manager to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing our EHSQ strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHSQ policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to employees on EHSQ matters.
- Investigate incidents and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHSQ training programs.
- Manage and maintain EHSQ records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices to ensure our organization remains compliant.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent EHSQ qualification.
- Experience in implementing EHSQ programs and conducting audits.
- Strong knowledge of EHSQ regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
