Adult Nurse Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult clients and their families.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in managing complex care packages. You will be responsible for creating personalized care plans, working closely with a core team of carers, and providing face-to-face support to clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs
- Effectively manage the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork
- Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
- Deliver nursing interventions, including the management of medicine delivery
- Build and maintain sophisticated relationships with clients' families
- Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
Requirements:
- RGN with an active NMC PIN
- Supportive management style that can bring out the best in others
- Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
- Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT
- Suitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
- Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential
Benefits:
- Up to £45,000 per annum DOE
- 1 day's working from home per week / 4 days in the community
- Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
