About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Content Creation Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a Content Creation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building document templates for our commercial clients using our bespoke software.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing and extracting content from healthcare and local government documents using our proprietary software.
  2. Investigating and troubleshooting software issues to ensure seamless document processing.
  3. Maintaining high-quality standards in document templates and responding to changes promptly.
  4. Reviewing medical letters and creating plain English versions to enhance client understanding.
  5. Following established procedures and documentation to facilitate timely task resolution.
  6. Escalating any issues or queries to the Manager – Commercial.
  7. Logging activities using our bespoke task management software.
  8. Providing daily support to clients for document template modifications.
  9. Liaising with customer-facing teams and technical teams to understand client needs.
  10. Communicating directly with clients to resolve document-related queries.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have an interest in technology and software, and be eager to develop your skills in content creation and document analysis.
