We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Support Officer to join our team at NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our Digital Strategy, working closely with key stakeholders to plan, manage, and coordinate projects within our system-wide change Programme.
Main Responsibilities- Provide programme management support for the delivery of the BNSSG Digital Strategy.
- Support projects through the ICBs Design and Gateway control processes, undertaking project tasks as requested by Design leads or the Head of Programme Management Office (PMO).
- Develop and maintain programme management documentation, ensuring it is established, maintained, and up-to-date.
- Track the impacts of each initiative and provide feedback to improve processes.
- Professional knowledge acquired to degree level or equivalent.
- Experience in programme or project management.
- High proficiency in using Microsoft 365 and/or other software applications to enable business improvement.
- Information Management & Technology experience and specialist knowledge.
- Proficiency in Benefits Management and/or Benefits Realisation.
- Experience in Requirements Management.
- Experience in managing Design processes.
- Experience in Process Mapping, using Microsoft Visio or other digital tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to draft high-quality project documentation, present reports, and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences, using a variety of media.
- Experience of building productive relationships with multiple different stakeholders.
