We are seeking a seasoned business leader to head up a significant chunk of our UK retail estate. As a Business Unit Director, you will be responsible for leading a small, high-performing team and setting the strategic direction and growth plans for all accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and coach a high potential, high performance team, setting clear objectives and ensuring execution with excellence
* Deliver Best in Class Annual Account Plans, including compelling JBPs, Category Visions, Brand Planning Days, Range Reviews, and Store Activation
* Ownership of the Business Unit P&L, driving accountability of each customer's contribution via the account team
* Build strong multifunctional relationships with Category Management, Marketing, Product Development, Shopper Marketing, Operations, and Finance

**Requirements**

* Proven experience leading large and multiple Grocery accounts
* Strong commercial mindset with a retailer/shopper first approach
* Excellent P&L understanding, data, and analytical skills, with confident use of Excel
