About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our Finance Department at Link Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a senior leading role in Financial Accounting across the group, ensuring consistency in the production of financial statutory accounts and coordinating the audit process.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain broad experience in a diverse and growing organization. You will be responsible for the production of the Link Group financial accounts and the management of the Group Fixed Asset team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production of financial statutory accounts and ensure consistency in financial reporting
  • Coordinate the audit process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage the Group Fixed Asset team and ensure accurate and timely asset management
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management
  • Provide financial guidance and support to non-finance business partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A recognized accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proven experience in a financial or management accounting role, with a strong understanding of statutory financial reporting and audit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to a varied audience
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-enabled IT tools and software
  • Experience of building successful relationships with people at all levels and non-finance business partners
