Position Overview

M&G is seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in Identity Management to enhance our operational capabilities. The ideal candidate will undertake the following key responsibilities:

  • Facilitating application onboarding, including the configuration of creation and build map rules.
  • Enhancing reporting functionalities through application-specific reporting.
  • Assisting in role mining and modeling initiatives.
  • Providing consulting for Risk/SOD configuration and implementation.
  • Conducting planning, preparation, and documentation reviews.
  • Managing product version upgrades and ongoing patch installations.
  • Executing advanced configurations (workflow, rules, reports).
  • Delivering mentoring, training, and knowledge transfer to technical teams.
  • Gathering requirements and developing build map rules along with LCM Events and workflows.
  • Overseeing the installation, customization, configuration, and support of identity provisioning and governance tools.
  • Creating IAM solutions utilizing SailPoint IIQ.
  • Aggregating and provisioning users through various connectors.
  • Generating audit reports and templates for compliance objectives.
  • Implementing code into UAT and Production environments.
  • Monitoring service delivery against SLAs and addressing any exceptions.
  • Managing source code and builds for compliance reporting.
  • Developing comprehensive documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ) technologies.
  • Proficient in developing technical project plans and test cases for SailPoint solutions.
  • Experience in IdentityIQ Administration and Implementation.
  • Strong understanding of the IAM domain.
  • Familiarity with Java, API services, Active Directory, LDAP, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with business users.
