We are seeking an experienced Digital Engagement Manager to join our ICT department at Devon & Cornwall Police. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the supply of ICT services, managing contracts, and ensuring performance delivery across the supplier remit.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a broad understanding of the Information, Communications and Technology marketplace, including ICT business trends, technologies, and future developments. You will also have strong analytical skills, a track record in delivering exceptional service, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across our Forces, suppliers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the supply of ICT services through in-house resource and third-party suppliers
  • Manage contracts and ensure performance delivery across the supplier remit
  • Develop and implement commercial and performance targets
