Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Void Supervisor to join our team at Wates Group. As a Void Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service in the management of work scheduling, ensuring consistent performance against targets, and effective management of material costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the responsive repairs function to ensure high-quality service delivery and consistent performance against targets.
  • Represent Wates Group at client and resident performance meetings, as requested by the Operations Manager.
  • Monitor quality of work through inspection, inspection reports, analysis of key performance indicators, and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Lead, manage, and contribute to the development of your team, determining optimum employment levels to comply with the provision of the service.
  • Ensure that all team members are following correct processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • You must have a full UK driving licence.
  • Be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and work to tight deadlines.
  • Prior responsive maintenance experience is crucial to the role.
