Job Title: ACCA Accounts Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ACCA Accounts Manager to join our Client Services division. As a senior operational member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading day-to-day service to our enterprise-level accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key mass payment accounts, ensuring operational excellence and meeting service KPIs/SLAs.
  • Provide platform/operational support and assist with daily enquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Presentations and live client demos/training, showcasing our services and expertise.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional service quality.
  • QA, production, and refining of client-facing and internal reports on key service metrics.
  • Inter-team process building and refining, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable account management skills, coupled with technical and operational payment knowledge.
  • Strong commercial awareness, identifying organic growth opportunities among client accounts.
  • Confidence in promoting our company offering and awareness of new opportunities to grow key accounts.
  • Head for numbers, with confidence dealing with numbers, exchange rates, profit margins, and commercial implications.
