About the Role:
Aramark UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospitality Manager to join our team at Colchester Institute. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and success of our hospitality offering on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff on site, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development plans, appraisals, performance management, and offboarding.
- Oversee and manage hospitality operations across the site, driving standards and implementing new ideas to enhance the customer experience.
- Carry out accurate administrative duties associated with Conference, Hospitality, and Events, including budget and stock management.
- Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships through providing a client-facing service.
- Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and company policy, including food safety and health and safety.
Requirements:
- A background in food service or hospitality, with experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
- A strong team player with a can-do attitude.

- A competitive salary of £29,707 per year.
