Join Our Team as a Project Management Coordinator

Hymans Robertson is on the lookout for a proactive individual to become a vital part of our Third Party Administration (TPA) team as a Project Management Coordinator. This position is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of various Client and Member Experience initiatives within our TPA division.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in the execution of project objectives
  • Organize, facilitate, and lead project meetings
  • Develop and maintain internal Teams sites and client SharePoint portals
  • Monitor project budget allocations and assist with client invoicing
  • Ensure comprehensive project documentation and regular reporting
  • Formulate and refine project plans and control documents
  • Oversee RAID logs and guarantee timely completion of project tasks
  • Occasional travel for client engagements and inter-office meetings

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a project-related role
  • Capability to conduct meetings with senior stakeholders effectively
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic work environment

While knowledge of pensions is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this position.
