Job Summary

V7 Recruitment is a specialist recruitment company that has been established for several years. We are a dynamic and ambitious organization that is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Managing Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting a well-established team within our permanent recruitment division. We specialize in a range of sectors, including Aviation, Construction, Utilities, Data Centres, Fire & Security, Pharmaceutical, and Facilities Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strong market presence across your specialist sector.
  • Manage, support, and grow the permanent recruitment team, working closely with the Learning and Development Manager to develop and support your team.
  • Grow your database by consistently adding new, quality candidates, clients, and contacts.
  • Compose attractive and eye-catching job adverts for the opportunities you are recruiting for.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and promote our services to new and existing clients and contacts.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships and build your own brand awareness within your specialist market.

  • Proven management experience in permanent or contract recruitment.
