About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our fuel card payment solutions. As a key member of our UK Product and Transformation division, you will be responsible for defining product requirements, creating a compelling product roadmap, and ensuring successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our fuel card payments products, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Define product requirements, specifications, and success metrics based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, plan sprints, and deliver high-quality product enhancements on time and within budget.
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including pricing, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for product optimization and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on payments, fleet, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of payment products or services.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to make informed product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize competing demands and drive through results in a fast-paced environment.
