Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Conduct market research, visit clients, and engage in digital marketing and tele sales to identify new business opportunities.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and other resources to source passive and active job seekers with the relevant skills for our clients.
- Candidate Management: Interview potential candidates over the phone and in person, and proactively maintain contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building strategic partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate information on our client and candidate CRM system.
- Communication: Contribute to and update our social media, website, and Google feeds with relevant information and updates.
- Competitive Starting Salary: £25k-£29k depending on experience, with opportunities for significant salary increases through commission and bonus structures.
- Commission and Bonus: Earn commission on new business and bonus for placements made, with uncapped potential for increased earnings.
